NVIDIA H200 GPU

The NVIDIA H200 is the successor to the H100, featuring 141GB HBM3e memory for even larger AI model training.

Definition

The NVIDIA H200 Tensor Core GPU is NVIDIA's latest datacenter GPU, built on the Hopper architecture with enhanced HBM3e memory. It features 141GB of memory (vs 80GB on H100) and 4.8 TB/s memory bandwidth, making it ideal for training large language models (LLMs) with hundreds of billions of parameters. The H200 delivers up to 1.9x faster LLM inference and 1.6x faster training compared to the H100. Harch Corp offers H200 clusters as part of its sovereign AI infrastructure in Morocco, providing clients with the most advanced GPU technology available.
